This TV series is loosely built on the 1985 movie that I watched as a kid and completely was in love with the movie. This TV series is full of supernatural heroes and villains is great for someone who loves to watch this genre of fantasy and myth.  Also it took me back to my early years when I binge watched this movie again and again with my childhood friends. Shedding past which went by, preserving some of it and preparing for the new world which is to begin. O novo mundo, a Portuguese word which directly translates to ‘the new world’ depicts the new beginning and await for the new world to be formed. An interesting juxtaposition of how we await for a specific date to arrive for the new world to begin where...the new world begins at every micro second of our lives.
